For offline processing of chocolate products, such as chocolates or other small-sized chocolate products. Flat chocolate figures and capped hollow-body chocolates are often knocked out on plates and dispensed in the chocolate casting machines.

For offline processing the plates must be stacked and placed in transport crates.
