The MC/TC Series is our high-performance packaging solution for hollow chocolate figures, designed for maximum efficiency, reliability and material flexibility. Stable high-speed production with minimal downtime is ensured. It processes pre-formed aluminium foil, including materials with sealing layers, reliably and with high precision.

Whether round, oval, or complex shapes, the system handles a wide variety of product geometries without requiring rotational symmetry. Two closure technologies are available: mechanical folding (MC) or thermal sealing (TC), which can also be combined depending on your requirements.

The compact inline design maximizes output while minimizing floor space. Jumbo rolls (up to 600 mm diameter) enable uninterrupted production for a full shift, reducing changeovers, downtime, and operating costs.
