The LUP Series is a highly flexible packaging platform for a wide range of products, formats, and materials, designed for efficiency, versatility, and minimal downtime. All common folding styles are supported, including single and double twist, sachet style, string and cardboard attachment, and special folds such as Vienna Fruit Style.

It is specifically designed to handle both conventional and sustainable packaging materials reliably. Ist modular design allows fast adaptation to changing production requirements. Interchangeable modules and a quick-change tooling system significantly reduce changeover times and increase overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Operation via touch panel allows quick, intuitive adjustments.

The LUP Series supports a wide product range and enables manufacturers to react quickly to market demands, smaller batch sizes, and new packaging trends. The result: higher efficiency, reduced downtime, and a future-proof packaging solution.

Switch to different packaging materials right on the touch panel
Electrically coded and tamper-proof – magnetic safety switches on the main doors
To minimise space requirements, a left and right-hand machine can be operated simultaneously by one operator
Integrated tele-service router with the greatest possible data security (encrypted communication not only via software, but also on the hardware side)
Optional: Login to the machine with an RFID chip – customised user interfaces and settings are loaded automatically
Optional: Current performance data, remote maintenance or batch size allocation can be queried via an optional OPC UA interface
